L'Embellie Villa Amenities:

• Bedrooms: Two luxury bedroom suites with king size beds in the Beach Villa and a private one bedroom Garden Cottage with a queen size bed. All bedrooms are air conditioned, with TV.
• On the beach: A 150 foot, private, protected sandy beach on the property for sunning, snorkeling and fishing. The shallow bottom makes it less suitable for swimming.
• Swimming pool: A free form, landscaped, heated swimming pool, approximately 40 feet long, with wading area for toddlers and deep end at six foot depth (no diving please).
• Fitness room: Fitness room with elliptical machine, free weights and stability ball
• Dinghy and sailboat: Ten foot Walker Bay dinghy and sailboat for 3 people
• Outdoor showers: Private outdoor showers with each bedroom suite in the Beach Villa and in the Garden Cottage. A fourth outdoor shower by the pool.
• Outdoor dining areas. Four outdoor dining areas for various conditions of wind, sun and stars. Two of them seat six persons and two seat four persons
• Fully-equipped kitchens and bars: Beach Villa has a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooktop, bar sink and bar refrigerator, together with gourmet kitchen dinnerware, pots, pans and utensils. The galley kitchen in the Garden Cottgae is equipped with an oven and cooktop.
• Free U.S. phone service: Voice over internet phone (Voip) for free telephone service to and from the U.S.
• Wireless broadband internet access: Broadband wireless internet access, plus a PC laptop (IBM) with wireless capability and Microsoft Office software.
• Entertainment equipment: A TV in each bedroom and living room (plasma and LCD wide screens in the Beach Villa living room and Guest Bedroom and Garden Cottage bedroom). A CD/DVD player plus supply of popular DVDs. A wireless portable speaker system with MP3 connection for use indoor or out.
• Hammocks: Three secluded hammocks (one two-person) under shade cover of coconut palm trees.

• Barbecue: A concrete barbeque with supply of local hardwood charcoal
• Snorkeling, wading and fishing gear: Four pair of snorkeling gear and wading boots. Surf fishing gear available as well.
• Privacy, tranquility and security: One acre of gardens, grounds, pool and beach are fenced and gated. The Beach Villa and Garden Cottage are protected by a security system and an evening security guard is provided.
