- This rate includes government tax and service charges and the cost of daily maid service and other periodic villa service staff. We are happy to provide you with a chef for an additional charge.
- Occupancy of L’Embellie Villa is limited to six persons.
- A 50 percent deposit and a signed Rental Agreement are required to secure your reservation. We will hold your reservation for 14 days awaiting receipt of your deposit and signed rental agreement, after which time your reservation will be cancelled if we have not received same.
- The balance of your payment is due within 60 days prior to your arrival. This final payment must also be accompanied by a security deposit of US$ 500 which will be applied to the cost of repairs for damage to the villa or missing items, or will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure.
- Payment must be by bank check, wire transfer or Visa/MasterCard. We regret that we cannot accept cash, personal checks or American Express credit cards.
- Your reservation will be cancelled and deposit refunded if full payment is not received prior to 60 days of your arrival date. If you cancel after this date, we will make every effort to rebook the villa for the dates of your reservation and will refund you in full if we are successful. Or we will gladly transfer your reservation to another available date.
- We advise you to purchase travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, June 1st through November 30th.
